Seaport Security [GPSC]; Establishes the Seaport Security Standards Advisory Council. Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to provide assessment briefings to seaport authority governing boards and local regional domestic security task force co-chairs at least once per year. Revises the membership of the Seaport Security Officer Qualification, Training, and Standards Coordinating Council, etc.
