GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Litigation [SPSC]; Provides that no person may take a child alleged to be dependant into custody except in cases involving an immediate threat to the health or safety of the child. Deletes a requirement that a citizen review panel be authorized through an administrative order by the chief judge of the circuit. Provides that in negligence cases, judgment must be entered on the basis of percentage of fault and not joint and several liability, etc.
