GENERAL BILL by Baker
Medicaid Reform [WPSC]; Requires the AHCA to establish a legislative workgroup on Medicaid reform. Eliminates the opt-out provision for Medicaid reform participants in the Florida Health Choices Program. Eliminates the choice counseling option for applicants for the Medikids program component. Amends provisions relating to the Medicaid managed care pilot program to authorize the agency to seek changes to the current Medicaid reform waiver, etc.
