Use Tax Exemption/Aircraft Temporarily in State [CPSC]; Provides an exemption from the use tax for an aircraft that temporarily enters the state or is temporarily in the state for certain purposes. Requires documentation that identifies the aircraft in order to qualify for the exemption. Provides that the exemption is in addition to certain other provisions.
