Criminal Usury Laws/Discriminatory Language [CPSC]; Removes the term "shylocking" from certain provisions of state law relating to loan sharking. Deletes the terms "shylock" and "shylocking" from the definitions of "loan shark" and "loan sharking," respectively, etc.
