SB 322: Pest Control Compact [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Alexander

Pest Control Compact [EPSC]; Enacts the Pest Control Compact. Requires the Commissioner of Agriculture to administer the compact. Provides for the establishment of the Pest Control Insurance Fund to finance pest-control operations under the compact. Provides for the fund to be administered by a governing board and executive committee. Provides for an application for assistance from the fund on behalf of a nonparty state, etc.
