GENERAL BILL by Bullard

School Attendance; Requires that student who is withdrawing from school be assigned counselor or other school personnel to provide educational information until student is 18 years old; requires 9th graders & students who are withdrawing from school to receive instruction about effects of withdrawing from high school & certain available options.
