Florida Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services Act; Prohibits issuance or renewal of license to applicant with specified criminal records; requires disclosure of certain criminal pleas & records; revises eligibility & application requirements for limited licenses; deletes limits on continuing education credit for attendance at certain board meetings; authorizes discipline for certain criminal pleas; revises requirements & extends time for completing course on communicable diseases, etc.
