Timeshares [CPSC]; Revises application of provisions imposing certain taxes upon consideration paid for occupancy of certain timeshare resort products. Provides for application and construction. Expands the use of revenues derived from the tourist development tax to include publicly owned convention center hotels and their facilities. Specifies additional information required in certain public offering statements for timeshare plans, etc.
