Credit Cards Marketing/Undergraduate Students [SPSC]; Requires that a university, community college, or related direct-support organization obtain an undergraduate student's written consent before providing the student's contact information to a card issuer. Prohibits a university, community college, or related direct-support organization from entering into an agreement with a card issuer to offer or facilitate the marketing of credit cards to undergraduate students, etc.
