SB 402: Teen Drivers [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Sobel

Teen Drivers [CPSC]; Revises the age by which a person may receive a driver's license or driver's learner's license. Requires that a person younger than a certain age provide proof of completing a driver's education course that includes a minimum of 10 hours of driving instruction provided by a state-licensed driver's education school before receiving a license, etc.

Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
