GENERAL BILL by Sobel
School Safety/Zero Tolerance [SPSC]; Revises a provision relating to a policy of zero tolerance to include the victimization of teachers and other school personnel. Clarifies a provision that requires students who have committed certain felony offenses to be expelled.
