Beverage Container Deposits; Establishes refundable deposit for specified beverage containers payable by consumers, dealers, & distributors; provides for redemption of beverage containers & deposit fees; authorizes use of reverse vending machines; provides requirements & procedures for redemption centers, dealers, distributors, & manufacturers; provides for reimbursement of certain handling fees, etc.
