[SPSC]; Provides that credit authorized under Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program does not apply to credit for Florida alternative minimum tax; expands & renames Corporate Income Tax Credit Scholarship Program to include insurance premium tax credits; revises credits for contributions to nonprofit scholarship-funding organizations, etc.
