GENERAL BILL by Wise
Construction Contracts/Construction Lien Law [CPSC]; Requires a contractor to provide an owner with a statement of an Owner's Rights and Responsibilities Under Florida's Construction Lien Law. Requires that a signed copy of the statement be filed with the building permit application. Provides that a building permit application may not be processed unless the signed statement is filed with the building permit authority, etc.
