GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Baker

Auctioneers and Apprentices [CPSC]; Revises requirements for licensure as an auctioneer, auctioneer apprentice, and auction business. Requires the submission of fingerprints for a criminal records check. Requires that an applicant for a license bear the cost of fingerprinting and a criminal records check. Prohibits reissuance of a license for a specified period following license revocation. Requires the sponsor of an auctioneer apprentice to review the apprentice's records, etc.
