Driving/Suspended or Revoked License [CPSC]; Removes provisions requiring a law enforcement officer to immediately impound or immobilize a motor vehicle under certain circumstances if the operator's driver's license or driving privilege is suspended or revoked. Removes a requirement that the arresting agency or towing service in possession of the impounded or immobilized vehicle send notice to any coregistered owner of the vehicle and to each person of record claiming a lien, etc.
