Licensure/Nursing Homes & Related Facilities; Provides condition for actions brought on behalf of nursing home residents under certain alternative theory of recovery; prohibits certain actions or admissions from being admitted as evidence in liability actions; requires evidentiary hearing to determine basis for punitive damages; provides conditions under which facility is not liable for failure to provide adequate staffing, etc.
