Employee Free Choice Act [CPSC]; Urges the Congress of the United States to enact the Employee Free Choice Act, which contains provisions allowing employees to form unions by signing cards authorizing union representation. Establishes stronger penalties for violation of employee rights when workers seek to form a union and during first-contract negotiations. Provides for mediation and arbitration of first-contract disputes, etc.
