Insurance Rate Incentive/Carbon Monoxide Detectors; Requires residential property insurance rate filings to include rate discounts, credits, other rate differentials, or reductions in deductibles for installing & maintaining carbon monoxide detectors & alarms; requires OIR to develop proposed method for insurers to establish such incentives; requires FSC to adopt rules for insurers to provide such incentives.
