Relief/Eric Brody/Broward County Sheriff's Office [GPSC]; Compensates Eric Brody for injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of the Broward Co. Sheriff's Office. Authorizes the Sheriff of Broward Co. to execute an assignment to the legal guardians of Eric Brody of all claims the Broward Co. Sheriff's Office has against its insurer arising out of its handling of the claim against the Broward Co. Sheriff's Office. Provides a limitation on the payment of fees and costs, etc. CLAIM: $30,760,372.
