SB 536: Elections/Supervisor of Elections [GPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Justice
Elections/Supervisor of Elections [GPSC]; Requires that a supervisor of elections in each county be elected in a nonpartisan election. Requires that candidates for the office of supervisor of elections pay a specified qualifying fee, subscribe to an oath, and file certain items with said supervisor before the end of the qualifying period. Requires that space be made available on a general election ballot for an elector to write in the name of a write-in candidate for said office, etc.
