Relief/Madonna & Reyna Castillo/City of Hialeah [GPSC]; Compensates Reyna Castillo, individually and as the natural guardian of Madonna Castillo, and Madonna Castillo, a minor, for injuries sustained by Madonna as a result of the negligence of the City of Hialeah. Provides a limitation on the payment of fees and costs, etc. CLAIM: $500,000.
