Transient Rentals Tax; Requires specified persons to collect & remit tax on specified transient rentals; requires DOR to provide for amnesty for specified unpaid taxes, penalties, & interest; provides exclusions from application of amnesty; authorizes DOR to adopt rules to implement amnesty; provides for effective period of such rules.
