CS/SB 624: Law Enforcement Officers and Correctional Officers [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Fasano

Law Enforcement Officers and Correctional Officers [EPSC]; Provides that a law enforcement officer or correctional officer is entitled to specified rights if the officer is subject to suspension in a disciplinary proceeding. Provides that said officers are entitled to review witness statements by other officers & other existing evidence before the officer under investigation is interrogated, etc.
