GENERAL BILL by General Government Policy Council ; Health Care Regulation Policy Committee ; Kreegel
Health Care Clinics; Revises definition of term "clinic" to provide that pt. X, ch. 400, F.S., the Health Care Clinic Act, does not apply to entities that do not seek reimbursement from insurance companies for medical services paid pursuant to personal injury protection coverage; provides for unique identification number for licensed clinics & entities holding certificates of exemption, etc.
