Auctioneers [CPSC]; Revises requirements for licensure as auctioneer, auctioneer apprentice, & auction business; requires submission of fingerprints for criminal records check; requires that applicant for license bear cost of fingerprinting & criminal records check; prohibits reissuance of license for specified period following license revocation; requires sponsor of auctioneer apprentice to review records of apprentice, etc.
