Research Commercialization Matching Grant Program [CPSC]; Creates the Florida Research Commercialization Matching Grant Program. Designates an existing committee, or subcommittee thereof, within Enterprise Florida, Inc., for certain purposes. Provides eligibility guidelines for applicants. Provides for program administrative costs. Designates a fiduciary entity. Provides for awards. Requires OPPAGA to conduct a review of the matching grant program, etc. APPROPRIATION: $4,000,000.
