SB 654: Juvenile Justice [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Dean

Juvenile Justice [SPSC]; Authorizes a court to retain jurisdiction over a child and the child's parent or guardian until the costs, fees, and costs associated with court-appointed counsel are satisfied. Authorizes the court to set reasonable conditions of preadjudicatory release for children charged with specified acts or who have previously been charged with or committed delinquent acts. Provides additional grounds for placement of a child in secure detention care, etc.
