Guardians Ad Litem; Authorizes person certified by not-for-profit legal aid organization to serve as guardian ad litem in dissolution of marriage proceeding that does not involve child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; requires that such person undergo security background investigation & undergo training in program developed by Florida Bar, etc.
