Prohibition of Discriminatory Rating Practices; Revises unfair methods of competition & unfair or deceptive acts or practices to prohibit use of education, occupation, credit report, or credit score in making rating determinations; prohibits use of credit reports or credit scores by insurers in making rating determinations; deletes provisions regulating & limiting uses of credit reports & credit scores by insurers for underwriting & rating purposes for specified types of insurance.
