PROPOSED BILL by Ethics and Elections
OGSR/Campaign Finance Reports; Amends a specified provision relating to a public-records exemption for certain information regarding campaign finance reports. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act. Removes provisions providing for repeal of the exemption, etc.
