SB 7012: Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles
PROPOSED BILL by Transportation
Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles; Requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to retain trust fund moneys in the DUI Programs Coordination Trust Fund for investment. Prohibits a person under 16 years of age from operating a motorcycle or moped. Increases certain civil penalties for a person who fails to comply with the court's requirements or who fails to pay the civil penalties within the 30-day period, etc.
