OGSR/Government-Sponsored Recreation Prog./Child; Revises an exemption under the public records law for information that would identify a child participating in a government-sponsored recreation program. Defines the terms "government-sponsored recreation program" and "child." Provides that such information is confidential and exempt from the public records law. Provides an exception, etc.
