PROPOSED BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation
OGSR/Written Valuations of Surplus State Lands; Amends a provision relating to a public records exemption for written valuations of surplus state lands and related documents. Saves the exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Deletes provisions providing for repeal of the exemption.
