SB 7054: Seaport Security
PROPOSED BILL by Military Affairs and Domestic Security
Seaport Security; Revises provisions relating to seaport security. Authorizes the Department of Law Enforcement to exempt all or part of a port from certain security requirements. Provides criteria for determining eligibility to enter restricted access areas. Provides additional criminal offenses that disqualify a person from employment by or access to a seaport, etc.
