Real Property Used for Conservation Purposes [EPSC]; Provides for full exemption for land dedicated in perpetuity & used exclusively for conservation purposes; provides partial ad valorem tax exemption for conservation land used for commercial purposes; requires best management practices be used for certain agricultural lands; requires owners of property encumbered by conservation easement to comply with marketable record title requirements to preserve easement in perpetuity, etc.
