Hospitality Education Program; Revises purpose of Hospitality Education Program to focus on certain training & transition programs; defines "hospitality industry"; requires statewide nonprofit organization that receives grant funding to represent a hospitality industry in the state; requires DBPR's Division of Hotels & Restaurants to use portion of certain annual licenses fees for programs directed to careers in restaurant industry, etc.
