Firefighters; Requires that all identifiable witnesses to complaint against firefighter be interviewed, whenever possible, prior to interrogation of accused firefighter; requires that accused firefighter be furnished with complaint & witness statements prior to any interrogation of that firefighter; provides for waiver of right to review witness statements by firefighter, etc.
