GENERAL BILL by Smith
Homeless Housing Assistance Grants [SPSC]; Authorizes the agencies that provide a local homeless assistance continuum of care to use homeless housing assistance grants, provided by the State Office on Homelessness within the Department of Children and Family Services, to acquire transitional or permanent housing units for homeless persons.
