GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Wine Production and Shipment [CPSC]; Authorizes the direct shipment of wine into and within this state for personal consumption only. Requires recipients of a direct shipment of wine to be 21 years of age. Requires proof of age of a recipient. Provides requirements for common carriers that make deliveries of wine. Revises requirements for qualifying as a certified Florida Farm Winery, etc.
