Self-Insurance Funds [CPSC]; Requires application for workers' compensation coverage issued by group self-insurance fund to notify applicants that policyholders must make additional contributions to fund if fund is unable to pay its obligations; authorizes specified electric cooperatives to operate self-insurance fund for specified purposes; provides requirements; subjects such funds to specified assessments, etc.
