SB 86: Criminal Records/Expunction/Sealing [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Criminal Records/Expunction/Sealing [SPSC]; Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to notify certain specified agencies of the criminal records of a minor which are expunged. Requires the arresting agency, the county, and the department to notify those entities that received the criminal records information. Prohibits certain criminal records from being expunged. Prohibits certain criminal records from being sealed, etc.
