GENERAL BILL by Detert
Corporal Discipline [SPSC]; Includes inappropriate or excessively harsh corporal discipline in the definition of "criminal conduct" for purposes of protective investigations. Prohibits parents, legal custodians, or caregivers from inflicting inappropriate or excessively harsh corporal discipline. Includes offenses involving such discipline within the offense severity ranking chart of the Criminal Punishment Code, etc.
