Florida Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services Act [CPSC]; Prohibits the issuance or renewal of a license to an applicant that has specified criminal records under certain circumstances and provides exceptions. Limits the issuance of funeral director apprentice licenses to natural persons. Requires an applicant for renewal of a license to disclose certain criminal records, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
