GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Siplin

Criminal Justice/Keep Florida Working Act [GPSC]; Provides a short-title. Requires state agencies and regulatory boards to prepare reports that identify and evaluate restrictions on licensing and employment. Prohibits state agencies from denying an application for a license, permit, certificate, or employment based on a person's lack of civil rights. Provides that a court may commit a female child adjudicated as delinquent to the DJJ for placement in a mother-infant program, etc.
