Statewide Mortgage Fraud Task Force [CPSC]; Creates said task force within the Department of Legal Affairs. Provides for the establishment of regional mortgage fraud task forces. Requires that the Department of Legal Affairs provide staff for the regional task forces. Provides for reimbursement of nongovernmental members' per diem and travel expenses, etc.
