TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Statewide Mortgage Fraud Task Force Trust Fund/DLA [CPSC]; Creates said trust fund within the Department of Legal Affairs. Provides for the administration of the trust fund and use of moneys therein. Requires that balances of funds in the trust fund at the end of a fiscal year remain in the trust fund. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
