HIV Testing/Health Care/Routine Annual Examination [SPSC]; Requires HIV testing to be offered as a routine part of a patient's annual physical examination. Requires a health care provider to provide the patient with certain information concerning HIV testing. Provides definitions. Requires the Department of Health to adopt rules.
