Protection of Elders; Permits residents of nursing homes to have video surveillance devices installed in their rooms; requires DOEA, in consultation with AHCA, DCFS, & DOH to adopt standards regarding standardized transfer forms for certain medical records; requires DOEA to offer certain assisted living facility staff competency tests in additional languages.
